Direct mail piece received November 2012 asking the recipient to provide feedback on their week long experience with the enclosed Timber Wolf pouches. The letter included in the direct mail piece specifically asks the recipient to place the product  in their upper lip and record their experience on the note card provided as well as in the survey links that will be emailed to them. The letter also states that the purpose of the recipients feedback is to be used in a study.
