The cover of the piece resembles the look of the package. Text: "Change everything this summer. It's summertime. Time for change! When you smoke a Camel Crush, you change your smoke from a rich, satisfying Camel to a refreshing menthol whenever you feel like it. This summer, do like Camel Crush and turn th ordinary into the awesome." This piece also included six coupons for Camel Crush: 4 coupons for $2.50 off one pack, and 2 coupons for $4.00 off two packs. Another receiver of the same piece received only 4 coupons: 2 coupons for $1.50 off one pack, and $2.50 off two packs.
