Some individuals received the following four types of coupons: 1 coupon for $1.50 off a pack; 2 coupons for $3.40 off two packs and 1 coupon for $5.00 off three packs or one carton. Others received the following 4 types of coupons: 2 coupons for $3.20 off three packs or one carton and two coupons for $4.40 off four packs or one carton.
