Direct mail from Kool in promotion of its Smooth Fusion flavored menthol cigarettes. This piece was sent as a response to the receiver's request for free samples of Kool Fusions. The piece itself is designed like the new cigarette box design of the KOOL Smooth Fusions. Inside, packs of two of the four flavors are included - Midnight Berry and Mocha Taboo. The piece included descriptions of each flavor, and asks the receiver for his opinon of the free samples: "Your opinion matters, so please tell us what you think about KOOL Smooth Fusions. To complete our survey, simply log on to www.smoothfusionssurvey.com using your Personal ID Number provided in the enclosed survey. When you do, you'll receive something special from KOOL. Enhance you new KOOL expereience with four extraordinary drinks - all specially designed to complement the flavors of KOOL Smooth Fusions." Next flap of piece includes four drink recipes. The piece also includes an opinion survey.
