A lighter like toy which coughs and has "No Smoking" printed on the front. Made to look like a Marlboro lighter. Base of toy has habitrol printed on it. Habitrol Pharma notes are attached underneath. Actual device is from 1991. Once device does not worked, box marked with "x." Notes included. Name on business card matches name on notes.
