Target Marketing- RJR cancelled a planned test market of Uptown following a surge of protest from the African-American community in Philadelphia and protests from the Secretary of the Deparment of Health & Human Services, Uptown was never put on the market. A unique feature of its packaging was that the filters were placed at the bottom of the pack. (1990)
