Research cigarettes 1R3 cigarettes made 3/74 at the University of entucky. Such ciagrettes were used for toxicology experiements funded by various agencies including the Council for Tobacco research and its special Projects operation. Q9 & N5 (Philip Morris through its Product Opinion Laboratory.)
