Tobacco Product Regulation by the US FDA Fairfax, introduced in 1950 was found to be a drug in 1952 by the FDA based on claims that it protected the smoker from a host of respiratory ills. FDA's action was upheald in court. This pack dates from the late 50s, early 60s. Chlorophyll added.
