Manufactured by Universal Match Corp in St. Louis, MO and Sun Match Corp of West Nyack, NY for locations in Ohio, Illinois, Pennsylvania and others in the northeast US. Although no specific dates are attributed, the use of location code + 4-digit local number was used until the 1960s.
