Vuse email in March 2021 announcing that the brand will no longer be shipping menthol flavors pods to New Jersey, and will cease honoring subscription discounts and other pricing promotions in this area. The brand cites the impact of the PACT (Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking) Act, which was recently amended to prohibit delivering e-cigarette products using the USPS. The brand apologizes and says they are looking for other shipping partners.
